We've taken the car in on 6 separate occasions since February for the same issue. That's been frustrating - however, Steve May and Wayne Stallbaumer have been wonderful to work with. They've been nothing but kind and professional in dealing with this issue and they've done everything in their power to make it right. More

Hassle free service Dropped off my F150 for a transmission recall issue on a Sunday evening and left a note and keys in drop box. Monday at 930 received a call that it was ready for pickup. Walked into service department and was greeted promptly and was courteously directed to cashier who promptly completed the paperwork and had a porter pull up my truck. Took no more than five minutes total. Easy, pleasant and hassle free service. Almost makes me wish my F150 was less reliable. More
