Lack of communication The staff is generally nice but they offer very little information at time of service. I always schedule my appointments yet I always have to remind t The staff is generally nice but they offer very little information at time of service. I always schedule my appointments yet I always have to remind them what I am there for. As soon as I tell them my name they should know exactly what they are doing for me that day. Then when I pick up my vehicle I’m basically directed to a cashier to pay but that’s it. No one goes over the paperwork, recommendations for future appointments, etc. Also, i knew there was a recall on my vehicle from a factory mailing but never once on two previous appointments had anyone mentioned the recall to me or reminded me to schedule to have it fixed. There is just a real lack of communication from the service staff. More

Great Customer Care!! We arrived at this dealership after driving two hours for an appointment to get a car from a different dealer. When we arrived at the other dealer (Le We arrived at this dealership after driving two hours for an appointment to get a car from a different dealer. When we arrived at the other dealer (Lewis Toyota) they had sold the car 20 minutes prior. We were very disappointed in that experience, since they knew we were coming for that car (especially from so far away), but headed to Laird Noller anyway- honestly in horrible moods. We were greeted by Rick Jackson, who was so understanding and never pushy. He helped us look around and only showed us cars we were actually interested in. He worked within our budget and even searched for cars at sister shops in other towns, where he would not have any compensation reason to do so. We ended up finding our perfect car from him and they worked out an amazing deal with us. We also worked with the manager, Christian, at the store on Kansas and the financial manager- all of whom were extremely helpful, never pushy, and so kind. Even though this dealer was two hours away, we have already recommended them to several friends who are car shopping. We will be working with them exclusively for all of our future car needs.
