Best experience I have had in my whole 82 years of life I had the great privilege to work with Gene Glass as my salesman. Going into this I was very nervous, as I am a 82 year old woman, and my husband had I had the great privilege to work with Gene Glass as my salesman. Going into this I was very nervous, as I am a 82 year old woman, and my husband had just passed away. Gene and Pat were very helpful and patient with me and my needs. Gene went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable riding away in my brand new Ford Escape! And Pat helped me a lot with getting my payments at a comfortable price for me. I also had a very nice gentleman named Morgan when I went to sign my life away! He explained everything nicely to me and even cracked a few jokes! I may not live to buy another car in the oncoming years, but if I do I will definitely be back, and will always use Gene. Thank you for a great experience to all 3 of you fine young men! More

When I realized it didn't quite meet what I was looking for, Jimmy didn't pressure me into buying it or looking at more cars. I asked him if we could look at the other trucks on the lot and he taught me about the different styles of F150s and benefits of each style and year. When I saw one i liked, he not only took me for a test drive but knew the entire history of the truck and even some stories about the previous owner. Everything was easy and relaxed. When it came to the business side of the house, he walked me through the trade-in process, and always had my best interests in mind. The business manager, Gary, was former Air Force and said he makes it his personal mission to ensure military members are taken care of. He took on a mentoring role and taught me the ins and outs of buying and financing a car. Everything about this dealership and the employees I worked with easy, relaxed, and professional. My truck actually had a cracked windshield, and Jimmy made sure a glass company called me the next day and scheduled the replacement at no cost to me. More
