The Best Truck Buying Experience Ever!!! It finally happened, my 20 year old truck died and I needed to buy something new. I bought my truck from Laird Noller Ford back in 1999 and it had been one of the best I ever owned. So I dropped by to dream and drool! I was greeted by Stephanie Ross and my new truck buying experience was off to a good start. She was extremely professional and very courteous. I probably spent a couple hours just talking about what I was looking for and she showed me several trucks for me to look over. I was introduced to several other members of the Noller staff (their names do not appear in the list and I cant remember all their names, but I’m sure Stephanie could provide their names), ALL of them were also very willing to work through financial concerns. We talked and talked over all the details. When the dust settled I walked out with a 2018 F150 XLT. I left with a smile on my face and more importantly, felt I was dealt with fairly! I was so impressed with the way I was treated by EVERYONE that when I had to return the next day to finished a piece of paperwork, I asked if the GM was available. I was taken to the GM and just had to personally express my extreme pleasure in working with the staff at Laird Noller. They are a great team and I for one am very impressed with everyone. They made a very stressful experience into fun and felt very much a valued customer. Thank you Laird Noller for putting together a great team.
