Good customer service....long wait though Service department helpful, however it took all day to get problem identified and estimate. Purchased used vehicle 2 weeks prior at Laird Noller and Service department helpful, however it took all day to get problem identified and estimate. Purchased used vehicle 2 weeks prior at Laird Noller and service check was done same day as sale. Also included 30 warranty. Service engine light came on within 10 days and other indicators such as engine noises and RPM jumping around. Service department advised complete tune-up needed. Estimate was upward $700. The dealer offered to deduct the cost of the diagnostic $100. Not happy that tune-up wasn't done prior to sale. I would expect that from a reputable dealer which is why I chose Laird Noller over a private seller or a "corner lot" dealer. More

Low on air Warning lights indicated my tires were low on air. Last time the tire light came on I had a slow leak caused by a nail in the sidewalk. I didn’t want to be driving on the highway and ending on the side of the road waiting for a tow. Decided to visit the dealership to find out what was going on. No appointment, but they were able fit me in. Went to lunch and when I returned in a hour the vehicle was ready to go. Problem was low tires caused by very cold weather. More
