Great service on oil & filter change and tire rotation. They were very friendly and got the work done in a very timely manner which I needed because of my schedule that day. Repair to vehicle, parts took too long to come in for a 2018 I found that the person in the service center was rude. They made my wife feel like an inconvenience to the dealership. I understand wanting to he I found that the person in the service center was rude. They made my wife feel like an inconvenience to the dealership. I understand wanting to help, however my wife explained that we only have the one vehicle and that she would wait for our rear wiper to be repaired. His reply (sigh)”it will be at least two hours”. She said that was fine, we live north of town and they didn’t want to shuttle her (completely understood). I do not want anything for free. I just want someone that isn’t trying to push her out the door. As a customer it isn’t fun waiting, but she isn’t a burden because she wants to wait for our only vehicle. She didn’t complain, but the gentleman at the dealership seemed put off by her staying. I am tired of people acting like I owe them something. I bought the car 5 months ago, the sales guy tried to make me feel bad for getting a good deal. The service department gave my wife a hard time. I want to be treated like the CUSTOMER! Not an inconvenience, I spent my hard earned money and all I get is excuses or attitude. We had to follow up for the part for over 1 month. It is inexcusable to take that long to repair a rear windshield wiper. There should also be scheduled appointment times. I am not putting names, I want the culture changed. Sometimes people have bad days. More
