Sold me a vehicle with problems from day one. When I mentioned it and asked if they would cover the repairs the person in the financing office said yes, but of course did not. Will never return When I mentioned it and asked if they would cover the repairs the person in the financing office said yes, but of course did not. Will never return also later found out a friend of mine that purchased from there also had a similar situation and will also never purchase from there again. I also took the vehicle in to be serviced for the issue and the service rep got terminated. I filed a complaint but had zero complaints about the service rep that helped me. Just thought it was odd how that happened. More

They sold me a 2021 Silverado 1500 and the motor locked up within 8 to 9 months they replaced it,, after receiving the truck the wires cough on fire 2 1/2 days later now I’m being charged with the part and up within 8 to 9 months they replaced it,, after receiving the truck the wires cough on fire 2 1/2 days later now I’m being charged with the part and labor,,I’m losing work bills are running up….. horrible experience ever! Jose Lopez was EXTREMELY professional and helpful taking care of my truck! I moved to Milwaukee last year and honestly, my experience was rough at best.
