Thank you for bringing this to our attention, I’m sorry to hear about your experience. Missing valve stem caps should never happen, and that’s something we can easily make right for you. If you’d like to stop back in, we’ll replace those right away at no charge. Regarding the filters, I understand your concern. We only recommend replacements based on manufacturer guidelines and the condition of the filters at the time of inspection. That said, you should feel confident in the work performed. We’d be more than happy to review everything with you, show you what was replaced, or recheck the vehicle for peace of mind.
