Excellent people work at Lake Ford. My reason for not giving 5 stars is I had a cash reward mailed to me by Ford that said it could be used “in addition” to other offers. Per the finance guy that was not true, so we missed out on a $500 promotion that we actually applied for at home on the Ford Rewards website and printed out the confirmation. More

We worked with Brandon to purchase our new vehicle from Lake Ford. At no point did we feel pressured to buy.
