We stopped in to look at a used Nissan Sentra... maybe... I don't remember because it was already going off to auction and Joe had us test drive a 2020 Ford Fusion instead. I'm glad that happened. He was great on doing his research before and when he reached out introducing himself he already had options with cost break down for me. Without even having talked with me he was spot on with a recommendation. He was quick with a response in on any questions I had, and was able to get us schedule for an appointment with him immediately. During that appointment he had everything prepped for us, limiting the wait time and answering the same questions again and again. He was wonderful at talking about the car and features, as well as answering any concerns I had with actual testimony and facts. For financing we worked with Dan, he was very informative and broke down the information in a way that was easy to understand and retain. When we had hesitant on cost, he was quick to looks for additional saves for us. It was so nice to be heard and accommodated. Start to finish the whole team was wonderful. In addition to the service, the facility is so nice as well. Car buying and car servings aren't always short experience, so at least the atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. More
