He didn't pressure us and when he found out we wanted to look at a specific truck while we were there with our truck for repair, he had it ready for us to see when we came in for service. Everyone from the Service department to the Finance department were all so nice and helpful. We did decide not to have our truck repaired and bought a newer one instead. We are very please with Lake Ford and have used them in the past for our trucks and will continue to use them in the future. More

Pleasure working with Nathan and took delivery on my Kia stinger would be a 5 star rating but the detailing of the car was very poor. Have no idea what they are doing on the sales or financing side. Took 3 hours and everything was all in motion. Because they waited so long I know the credit unions were closed so I was ended up wit financing side. Took 3 hours and everything was all in motion.
