Prompt excellent service I brought my Focus in for factory recall, this was for the d oor latches. I asked if there was a recall on a transmission problem for the same vehicl I brought my Focus in for factory recall, this was for the d oor latches. I asked if there was a recall on a transmission problem for the same vehicle. Service writer stated they could do a shutter test the same day and would take extra time. He quoted me 3 hrs. Both services were done in 2 1/2 hrs. Parts were ordered and I brought my vehicle about a week later for the transmission service. So far I am very pleased with the service and repairs done on my vehicle. Service Tech for both occasions. Dakota Gardipee. More
