Called that morning to bring it in for a flat tire, they didn’t have my tire in stock had to go back the next day. Took my vehicle in for a diagnosis. I was asked if I had a warranty and I replied that I no longer had a CPO warranty but wanted to determine if my issue would be covered under the ext I was asked if I had a warranty and I replied that I no longer had a CPO warranty but wanted to determine if my issue would be covered under the extended emissions warranty. Waited around for 3 hours only to be told I no longer had coverage under emissions warranty and was charged the diagnosis fee. I’d like to recommend a better business practice. Determine first if someone has ANY warranty coverage before charging them a diagnosis fee, ESPECIALLY if they are unsure of coverage in force. Had I known my emissions warranty expired in March, I wouldn’t have wasted my time and more importantly money on a diagnosis. Other than that, my service rep was friendly and attempted to secure a Good Faith repair request for the work that was denied. More

However being told that the car needed a new engine air filter and a new cabin air filter without them having been removed for inspection seems prett However being told that the car needed a new engine air filter and a new cabin air filter without them having been removed for inspection seems pretty fishy in my opinion. Additionally for a coolant alarm to go off immediately after leaving the shop when they were asked to check all of the fluid levels also seems like it shouldn’t have happened. More
