My brother wet there to see if can get car he saw on there website. The salesperson told him they only have they won't have that one and tried to shove him into the most expensive modal. I called the dealer to inquired about an specific vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. I was going to drive from Orlando to look at this vehicle and wanted to make sure the availability reported on that I was interested in purchasing. I was going to drive from Orlando to look at this vehicle and wanted to make sure the availability reported on their website was current prior driving there. I have to be honest I did not had the best customer service experience on the phone with Anthony but decided to give the dealer a chance. Our family was graciously greeted by Hunter. He was friendly and kind; specially with our 3 young boys. He made sure I was happy with my purchase, made the process as stress free as possible and answered all my questions. The finance gentleman was also very helpful. Overall great experience and I am very happy with my new Atlas 2021. More

Best experience I have ever had in a Florida VW dealership! Michelle was wonderful in getting me set up with awesome customer service, she is knowledgeable salesperson, explained to me features on dealership! I waited for 2 hours in the waiting area even though I had an appointment tim. I waited all that time and after 2 hours of sitting they came in and said it was just then getting worked on. They were short had an appointment tim. I waited all that time and after 2 hours of sitting they came in and said it was just then getting worked on. They were short staffed that day but it would have been nice to know that because I would have come back another day or left my car there all day. The staff was nice and all, but I was VERY disappointed with my visit. Thankful they were able to knock some money off my bill to help. More
