Worst dealership ever. Took over 2 weeks to tell me my engine was toast.. also they tore my engine down and sent it off to another mechanic in 1,000 pieces littered all over my car passenger seat. I came back to speak with someone and manager fave me nothing and said that’s basically how they do business... they place is an absolute joke! Will tell everyone I know how awful this place is. Very poor communication. Service guy was in training but he keep giving different information and misleading information. The process of buying my Atlas was very easy! Bradley was great. The service afterwards has been horrible! Im still waiting on my tire refund a year later. The service center is horrible. They had my Atlas for a whole week to replace my radio that was acting glitchy & I told Christina I think I have an issue with my coolant. I had to add coolant twice already. Service advised me that I had a leak. A week later I get my car back & im still dealing with a coolant warning. I tried following up with Christina and everytime I call I’m told shes at lunch or busy. Buying a car is the easiest part but what really matters is this dealership keeping its word on taking care of you afterwards! More

The sales rep was nice and polite . However she did not take the time to show or talk about the features on the car that I purchased or go over any detail about the Car . The finance person and Manager was amazing knowledgeable took the time to explain and ask questions. I did mention to Michelle on her follow up call that I was just trying to figure thing out.
