Not very good review. After you guys give my daughter a list of stuff she needed on the car. We had taken it to pep boys for a wheel alignment and there was bolts missing off the brake line. I purchased a 2021 Jetta SE for my daughter yesterday. I cannot even begin to explain how amazing the process was. I spoke to Trey Chapman earlier in the week and explained that I was skeptical about their cannot even begin to explain how amazing the process was. The dealer website was listing the car at a price that was at least $2,400 less than any other dealer from Hillsborough, Pinellas, Sarasota...I was sure there was a catch. Trey simply told me “no, that’s the price for anyone who walks in the door.” And he was right. He was absolutely incredible, first class, and a pleasure to meet and work with. Between Wednesday and Friday, when I could break away from work to get there, we corresponded via text and took care of all the details so that my in dealer time (including a trade-in) took less than 20 minutes. My daughter was completely crazy when she got home from school. I cannot say enough about my experience. I now know that the “big box” dealers around the Tampa Bay region do not care about the true customer experience and giving the best deal...the “mom and pop” Lakeland VW dealer blew them all away. More

This was by far the best experience I've had at a dealership...and I work at one! I drove from Jacksonville, FL to look at a 2018 VW Passat with black leather interior that I saw online, but when I dealership...and I work at one! I drove from Jacksonville, FL to look at a 2018 VW Passat with black leather interior that I saw online, but when I arrived they had another 2018 VW Passat with beige interior and slightly less mileage on the lot. Within 5 minutes of arriving we were greeted by a salesman, who then brought us inside and introduced us to Hunter. Hunter did an excellent job of explaining the price and the certified warranty. Once we agreed on the price, we were in and out of the finance department within 30 minutes. Their prices are super competitive and they include the price of the Certified Pre-owned Warranty in the total price advertised, unlike a majority of other dealerships. My only regret is that I don't live closer. I'd love to service my vehicle at this dealership, but 3 hours is a long way to drive for an oil change. More
