Michelle texted with me to ensure I arrived safely and greeted me with a nice big smile when I arrived at the dealer. She was more like a family member then a person selling me a vehicle. She was not pushy and she understood and met my needs without question. She even came in on her day off to make sure I was taken care of. The whole staff at Lakeland Volkswagen did an amazing job.
