GOOD SERVICE, UNCOMFORTABLE WAITING AREA waiting area for service not comfortable. Only 2 padded chairs which were very old and uncomfortable. Kids screaming in one so we went to another one and were comfortable. They had free water, coffee, tea & hot chocolate. Free cookies and snacks. TVs on different stations in each room. Very comfortable overstuffed chairs. The people were nice and the service was good but the wait was uncomfortable. More

Atlas Purchase Customer service was great and Hiram was an easy salesman that didn’t pressure us. Detail and prep of new vehicle was poor quality. The right rear tire pressure was 15 psi low and the left rear tire pressure was 10 psi low according to manufacture rating of 35psi. Sticker residue was still left on driver door of vehicle and bumper had sticker residue leftover that Hiram had to remove himself. Appeared that vehicle was only rinsed off then spray shine applied. No complaints from the sales side. Detail and prep section needs to step up there game when dealing with a roughly $40,000 vehicle purchase. More
