Very disappointed with the service. Brought the car on late Jan, they changed parts, promised a loaner car and did not provide. Jeff from service told us the car needed oil change even if the car did not late Jan, they changed parts, promised a loaner car and did not provide. The loaner car was given a week later when they were still waiting for the part to arrive NOT when we were promised to have one. They replaced the diesel part and when he gave the car back the dashboard light lit up just after leaving the VW service. Worst is when they returned the car, we cannot put diesel anymore because the fuel tank did not accept the nozzle. I asked why suddenly we cant fill the tank because the nozzle wont fit, Jeff was shouting at me on the phone that its not VW fault thats why he sold a diesel adaptor for $31. When I asked him politely why he was shouting he was even saying "do you understand papi papi.its the gas stations fault.." Very derogatory as if he was mocking us because we are Asian. I just kept quiet to stop his anger towards me. Very unacceptable, we have 3 VW cars and we service them at Lakeland VW but the customer service there Jeff Perard was very off that it left a very bad taste to loyal customers like us. They are still pending to fix the Jetta diesel car and if we have any other choice we will go to other VW service but the issue is, we bought the car in VW Lakeland with the warrant hoping that sale and service under one roof would save us the headache. But after this experience, it has really turned us off, as if we are the one at fault. Good service can be given anytime but bad attitude from your provider is just not acceptable. I wish VW will take this seriously because this is our 7th VW car, from the Beetle, Golf, Passat, 2 Tiguans, Routan and now a Jetta. I called the other Jeff HAvard from Sales and told him why the car now needs an adapter because when we bought it from VW, we were able to fill the tank without any problem. After taking the car to VW service, now we cant fill the tank - Jeff Perard said that gas stations have been chaning their nozzles and its not VW's fault. Its hard to swallow that reasoning especially the other side is shouting. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE !!! I don know this Jeff personally, just met him and I have nothing personal against him. Its just that the shock that we got after that experience is just heart breaking and to date, the issue is still not solved. More

Unfortunately the service team is a disaster. Even when you have an appointment, they can get to you on time. Once they start the work, it takes too long. For example, a scheduled oil change and tire rotat you have an appointment, they can get to you on time. Once they start the work, it takes too long. For example, a scheduled oil change and tire rotation took 2 hours and 45 minutes. I had another scheduled appointment where the parts manager didn’t check the parts and something was missing. I drive an Atlas and was given a Jetta for a service loaner. That’s not a big deal but the service took days and I needed my SUV. We called to see when things would be done and we were told today. Unfortunately that time is from the time they open service to the end of the day, for something that was scheduled. Also, over two months later and I have yet to receive a call about the broken part on my brand new Atlas that needs fixing. So I would say that service is far from their strong suit. If offered a car wash and you have time constraints, please consider not having the dealership was your vehicle. They take around 40 minutes to get that done and they still bring it wet and not complete. More
