I only gave a 3 for this service as this is the 2nd time I’ve incurred secondary preventable damage (scratches, paint chipping) when having something worked on. I brought my Gallardo in for some warranty work and was greeted by JR from service. He took plenty of time explaining to me what was going to be done and how long it would take.
