In searching for a used car I have a very low tolerance for game playing and wasting of peoples time, including my own and the sales people. Purchased an Envoque in May this year. first it took 2 months to receive my tags , I was emailed a letter to show if I was stopped ( I didn’t drive the second month). The car had a tear in the upholstery which they said they would fix...well it is now 6 months and many phone calls and email / NOTHING DONE. More
