My understanding is the service department is understaffed and has been for awhile. The wait time for an appointment is too lomg. Overall good, appointment was 30 days instead of 60, diagnosed and repair went well. Cost estimate was $1,386 final invoice was $1,775 for wheel bearing and oil change. I appreciated them moving up my a diagnosed and repair went well. Cost estimate was $1,386 final invoice was $1,775 for wheel bearing and oil change. I appreciated them moving up my appointment due to seriousness of repair and the manner in which I was dealt with personally as well as the quality of the repairs was very good. But the extra $388 over estimate on final invoice was a downer. More

I had 3 sales people emailing me, and it still took over a week just to get photos! And another week to purchase. I have no idea who two of the names on this survey even were! No one called me to explain paperwork. No one walked me through what I was signing. I have no signed paperwork from the dealer, and nothing was overnighted. I don't know how the title or the dealer plates work, and I had no idea when or if things were received. I specifically asked for certain features on the car that I wanted, and was told this car had. It arrived without at least 3 on that list that I was told it had. The interior was scratched filthy, and there are slices cut in the leather. a sales manager reached out to me after it was delivered. When I told him about the flaws and missing features, he said he'd look into it and get back to me. So far: nothing. Hard to give any stars for the experience that I had. More
