great experience! I had just gotten my car wrecked a few weeks before; this was my first time buying a car and it was an emotional time for me! Sunroof shield would not close all the way, 1/2” gap , called me $1800 for new motor and labor, told I hardly use and didn’t think motor, told I’ll live with gap. Googled problem and saw video on how to r called me $1800 for new motor and labor, told I hardly use and didn’t think motor, told I’ll live with gap. Googled problem and saw video on how to reset your Sunroof, simple hold button 5 seconds.... fixed it! Very disappointed in them. Probably want be back. $1800 really More
