After making an appt and driving there the service intake advisor Matthew G. told my wife there wasn’t an issue and sent her home. I took the 2024 pickup back and this Al sent it to the shop and there was ab advisor Matthew G. told my wife there wasn’t an issue and sent her home. I took the 2024 pickup back and this Al sent it to the shop and there was absolutely a big problem. How can an intake person call my wife a liar and not even fully evaluate the vehicle at time of appt. This should never happen - Landers Toyota!! Took time off work drove to dealership to be told we aren’t going to evaluate your vehicle because there isn’t a problem. Fix the advisor! More
