Everyone was very kind and helpful. This was not just a service time…. I had to replace the outside mirror because I hit a garage can that was too close to the highway. They really knew about the part and worked hard to get a new one replaced. I was so happy that they had the part already and I didn’t have to wait for a part to come in. Had a service problem with my vehicle, Landers Toyota was the closest place to me. The customers were friendly and extremely helpful from the minute I walked in through their front doors. Not just with the closest place to me. The customers were friendly and extremely helpful from the minute I walked in through their front doors. Not just with me, but with all. The woman in the front greeted me and directed me to where I needed to go. The Service Department walked me through my options, pointed me in the right direction and was even able to set me up with their Car Rental Department (also very nice and conveniently located in the same building) till my vehicle was done was done. As others were being helped I noticed they also had bilingual staff members who spoke Spanish. I hope by sharing my experience was helpful, because I highly recommend Landers Toyota!! More
