Since I was in town (I live 30 minutes away), I stopped by the dealership without making a previous appointment like I usually do. Great service staff that are helpful and courteous. They kept me informed of vehicle status and any concerns. Checkout was quick and easy, but vehicle recovery took quite awhile, so I went and waited by the vehicle for them to bring me the keys so I could leave. Vehicle needed washed too.
