I just wanted an oil change and tire rotation. Each I just wanted an oil change and tire rotation. Each time i called i was told a different answer by the lady that took my call. One time it was that I'd have to wait a week, another time it was just come on in wherever I'd like and then if have to wait a week the third time, could get a temporary vehicle, then couldn't, then shuttle, then not...
