The entry to the service center was not easily discernable. I walked around inside the dealership and service Dept area for a few minutes before anyone spoke to me. I drove into the wrong bay 2x because directions were not made clear enough. 3-4 service dept people were standing at a desk when I finally made it back inside to check in, but seemed too occupied to look up.
