Jason Jones…. This guy is good!!! We have been dealing with Landers in Bentonville, AR for the past 6+ years. We have bought one Toyota there after dealing with another multi-branded dealership "at a dist with Landers in Bentonville, AR for the past 6+ years. We have bought one Toyota there after dealing with another multi-branded dealership "at a distance" for the previous 15 years (8 cars purchased there in that period of time). The fact is that Landers service department, and in particular Jason Jones, have made a difference. As a retired business guy I have always treasured people who have the ability to present themselves, and thereby the company, in a positive, get things done correctly first time, manner. Not disclosing a material issue about a used car limiting its speed when the electric battery gets too low almost caused me and my family to be in a wreck on the interstate. Nothing has been done to remedy its speed when the electric battery gets too low almost caused me and my family to be in a wreck on the interstate. Nothing has been done to remedy the situation. No proactive contact from the salesman or the manager. The only time I get a response is when I initiate the communication. My family has bought SEVERAL new and used cars from the Landers dealership.
