Great experience with salesman and finance manager. Only issue is the truck I was buying had extreme body damage on top of the cab and had I not noticed that there was a small dent above the driver door, I issue is the truck I was buying had extreme body damage on top of the cab and had I not noticed that there was a small dent above the driver door, I most likely wouldn’t have know about this damage. Then when I would have found it at a later date it would have been my word against the dealership, as to if the damage was there before or done after I purchased it. Overall I’m satisfied with Steve Landers Toyota. I hope this survey reaches upper management so action can be taken to correct this issue of the missed damage on this trade-in vehicle. More
