Manny Valdez was my agent.I wish now that I had not Manny Valdez was my agent. I wish now that I had not agreed to trade for this 2017 VW Tiguan. But I had come over from Siloam Springs based upon the Manny Valdez was my agent. I wish now that I had not agreed to trade for this 2017 VW Tiguan. But I had come over from Siloam Springs based upon the information I had. It was misrepresented in the literature sent to me: heated seats, leather seats, fully automatic headlights. Then Manny sent me pictures and it was difficult to tell colors from the pictures. I thought the interior was tan, as listed, but it was black. The ceiling was light gray. The middle rear seat head rest control was broken, I found out later. Most importantly the vehicle is rated at 20 -24 mpg and on my first fill up the fuel efficiency was 13 mpg. So I wondered what was checked: Fuel injectors, fuel filters, oil and oil filter, spark plugs, air filter?? They all must be dirty to bring about that mileage. More
