Customer Service.Those two words almost seem Customer Service. Those two words almost seem non-existent today whenever buying something whether in person or on-line. But, such was definitely no Customer Service. Those two words almost seem non-existent today whenever buying something whether in person or on-line. But, such was definitely not the case when I recently bought a new Avalon from Steve Landers Toyota NWA. After purchasing a 2021 Avalon XSE from them, it didn't take long for me to realize the stiffer suspension and low-profile tires weren't for me. At first we thought it might be a defect in one of the tires. The service department rebalanced the tires three different times before putting a whole new set of tires on the car; then, they even changed them again--this time putting on a completely different make of tires. But, to no avail. The vibration was still there. That's when Rodney Plack, General Manager at the dealership, suggested I simply change cars--even though I'd already driven 2,000 miles in almost four weeks on the XSE--at no additional cost. And, change we did: to a 2021 Avalon XLE, which has regular suspension and regular-sized tires. Needless to say, that change met my needs and expectations--and in the process I realized Steve Landers Toyota NWA prides themselves in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service. So, if you're looking for a Toyota--new or used--I recommend this dealership to you without hesitation. You'll find everyone there. . .from the sales staff. . .to the service department. . .to the finance department. . .to the G.M. . .to be a team whose goal is "Excellence in all we do." More
Service was fine but it was not clear of final cost of service after receiving estimate. Service was started around $150 with additional filters- at check out Charge was over $220.
