I bought a 2019 Tundra a couple weeks ago and saw it needed the lower covers behind the fog lamps in the fender wells. There was also a recall on the fuel pump. The salesman I was working with said he w needed the lower covers behind the fog lamps in the fender wells. There was also a recall on the fuel pump. The salesman I was working with said he would set up a loaner car on the day of my appointment, but he didn’t. Ended up not being a big deal because Seth Snyder was on top of it and got me a loaner as quick as he could. The service call itself was done faster than anticipated and they even made some adjustments to the covers to make them fit without rubbing. Service call itself was excellent. More

After 22,000 miles on my Highlander, the oil change report report stated my factory tires needed replacing. A short time later, I had a pressure leak that was deemed irreparable by the service manager and that I should replace the one tire.. It could have been my Venza that had an oil leak after a routine oil change. I had to return twice before the particle (grain) was discovered preventing the gasket from sealing. The oil spot on my garage floor is my reminder. Most of the time your service is very good...but I look at that oil spot daily. More
Friendly, helpful, efficient employees, prompt service, but once your vehicle goes beyond the manufacturer-provided service period (2 years / 25K miles, in our case) the cost of routine maintenance is far but once your vehicle goes beyond the manufacturer-provided service period (2 years / 25K miles, in our case) the cost of routine maintenance is far too expensive -- and unfortunately, prices aren't displayed (or at least, I never saw them) when scheduling an appointment online. I've learned my lesson and definitely won't be returning to this dealership for oil changes and other routine service, which is a shame because my prior experience here has been very positive. More
