New 4RUNNER purchase Overall, had a good experience. Would’ve rated excellent, but had a few “surprises” at closing. Had asked for new 4RUNNER just like our test drive model. Salesman failed to account for a $277 difference in running boards and $169 cargo cover after quoting us our price. Feel a bit scammed and would recommend exercising additional scrutiny when dealing with their sales department. I’ve had one experience with service and found them easy to deal with. They offer customer shuttle service, which is a very nice perk! Had multiple interactions with parts department and found them great to deal with. Mark at the parts counter has been awesome and incredibly helpful in getting new 4RUNNER outfitted. More

Best Experience From start to finish it was five star! I was greeted and directed into the garage before I could get out of the car. The garage greeter directed me i From start to finish it was five star! I was greeted and directed into the garage before I could get out of the car. The garage greeter directed me inside where I was met by a very kind man who got me checked in and showed me where I could wait while they changed my oil. I had an appointment and they got started before it. They not only changed my oil, they rotated tires, did a diagnostic test and washed my car, all in under an hour. The same man who checked me, also checked me out and explain all they had done. While you wait, they have a large open area, with lots of comfy seating, a big screen tv, complimentary soft drinks, water, popcorn, coffee and donuts. More
