Customers are not an inconvenience. The last two visits to this dealership were disappointing to say the least. It is very useful as a customer to understand what was done to your vehicl The last two visits to this dealership were disappointing to say the least. It is very useful as a customer to understand what was done to your vehicle, so an explanation of the services provided is very nice. Having the service advisors hand you your paperwork and not tell you anything that was found on your inspection is disappointing. Having to find out your vehicle has low brakes later while reading your invoice is worse. I received a call to address my concers from the "assistant service manager" after completing my survey. I found it interesting that the same service advisor that blew me off and did not address my issues was the "assistant service manager" that called me about my concerns. If they truly cared about customer service, they would not have the same person that mistreated a customer call the customer about their concerns. I did find it amusing however that during our call about my concerns, the "assistant service manager" did not identify himself as the same service advisor that had helped me when I brought my vehicle in. More

My issues extended further than the dealership alone and I do realize they are trying to help. So I must say I will be doing business with them again. I look forward to smiling as I drive away in another vehicle more to my liking. (Old review) I am NOT a happy camper. I was not aware of the numerous times Landers was trying to get loan approved until I started receiving declined papers in the mail. I was not aware my credit score had plummeted from 800 in Dec to around 663. I only knew it had come down a little bit into the 700's Now I not only have to try and rebuild my overall score but also am hit with numerous inquiries on my file that I can't make disappear except over time. Not to mention the Rav hybird is NOT getting the fuel economy as I had been informed and now will have trouble getting rid. More

Eric Perkins and a Crazy Deal! Eric Perkins told us to come see him and he would make us a crazy deal. I made a comment to my husband before arriving that we would see who was crazy Eric Perkins told us to come see him and he would make us a crazy deal. I made a comment to my husband before arriving that we would see who was crazy because we had been looking for a few days and at that point had given up on getting even what we considered a fair deal. No one wanted to give us anything for our trade, or adjust their price. Thought he was just going to be like everyone else. But, as soon as we pulled up we were impressed, Eric stepped out of one of two vehicles he had warming up in the 28 degree weather. How nice, and thoughtful. His sales ethic was not pushy at all but very informative, and helpful. Guess what... we did get a crazy deal!! Also Kyle Maxwell in the finance Dept was great! Thanks Eric and Kyle for a pleasant and easy transaction! We love our new Toyota Highlander. More

The service dept. and upper MANAGEMENT at NWA Toyota are ran by a bunch of DISRESPECTFUL, unprofessional clowns with excuses for their actions. Being a customer and a USMC VETERAN they have disrespected me in every way possible and I will not tolerate that from any person on this earth!! Especially the general manager who had enough nerve to say well I have to investigate problem to see if it's your fault or us!!! YOUR A PUNK FOR SAYING ANYTHING LIKE THAT, YOUR FAST MOUTH SHOULD HAVE A FING BOOT PUT IN IT!!!! And folks, this idiot called back tracking and fast talking saying well our video shows you were here and it's our fault blahs blahs blah!!!! WELL TO LATE TO NOT BE AN xxxxx!!!!!
