Focused on Customer Service The moment we drove into the service bay, we were greeted with a smile, usherred in to see the service agent Josh. He answered all our questions and set up preliminary tests that verified we did need a new Prius battery. The wait time was just as described when the appointment was set and was actually enjoyable with new Toyotas in the showroom to explore, hot popcorn and TV's to entertain once we settled into the super comfy armchairs. We paid more for the Toyota OEM battery than other local options, but hey, the warranty was years longer, the techs are Toyota certified and bottom line ... peace of mind is worth more than the difference in the cost of a bargain battery any day. I did experience a minor squabble over our coupon with a guy who we had not seen throughout the visit, but Josh quickly corrected the misunderstanding. The nice lady at the pay window got my final questions answered and was delightful to talk to. We left in a clean car they washed while we paid, and all in all we are very pleased with Steve Landers Toyota Service Department and recommend them for competent and quality work. More
