Bad experience This is the first review I’ve ever given for any product or service. I’ve never had a particularly good experience at Landers, but my most recent oil This is the first review I’ve ever given for any product or service. I’ve never had a particularly good experience at Landers, but my most recent oil change/tire rotation was horrible. I set up the appointment a week in advance and asked they order an antenna for my Tunda and install during the service. They told me no problem we have plenty instock. Well after an hour and a half after handing over the keys at my scheduled appointment time I checked on progress. I was told almost done. After 2 hours I was told they are done with the service but don’t have the antenna in stock. I let them know I was disappointed and had to get back to work so bring my truck around. I stood there waiting another 45 minutes and finally got a call saying the antenna is $124. I told them to I don’t want it; I’ll get the one on Amazon for $24. After my almost three hour lunch I finally got to leave minus the antenna. Never going back even though it’s 5 min from my office. More
