I had contacted another dealership when I received a refinance letter from Toyota to resolve a balloon note after talking to Toyota Financial. The other dealership had no one to help me when I visited the dealership. I explained that I was a senior citizen, don't drive a great deal, and have low mileage on my Toyota RAV4. They suggested that I might want to go to my local bank. My nephew had worked at a dealership previously and told me to call Mr. Kordsmeir at Landers Toyota. He and the financial staff, offered to help me with a new vehicle they understood my circumstances and efficiently helped me refinance. I was very happy to resolve the issue and will definitely go back to Landers Toyota for other vehicle needs for me and my family. More
