5000 mile service I have owned 12 Toyota’s in my life. I have used multiple dealerships in the past due to living in different areas. Will continue to depend on them for all my service needs. With that said, I would like to express my opinion regarding the 2018 Highlander which I purchased from this dealership. I feel TOYOTA has missed the mark on this vehicle due primarily to the transmission. Steve Landers service personnel attempted to alleviate the problem through a possible transmission software update but there was none available at this time. I would recommend Toyota provide a suitable upgrade for this model to make the driving experience more enjoyable. By not addressing this issue,Toyota could lose some otherwise loyal customers. More
