Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to provide constructive criticism in the survey response, along with purchasing a vehicle from us. We are extremely sorry for the condition of the vehicle due to construction. We have a staff of 5 lot porters that power wash our preowned and new vehicles daily, along with moving them. Unfortunately, during the unusual setup during the construction, they get dirtier much quicker with the dirt work going on due to wind and dust. We should have pulled your vehicle aside you were interested in before you came in and had it specially detailed in our detail department. Regarding the issues of rear window washer damaged and internally taped, 2 damaged alloy rims and covers missing on second row cup holder, and rear latch handle having issues - Used vehicles that are not certified are priced AS-IS with every issue accounted for in how it is priced. The salesmen typically do not check every portion of the vehicle for cosmetic issues - this is the customer's responsibility on Used As-Is vehicles. We are sorry the vehicle was not up to the expectations you had and will use this information to be sure it does not happen again by explaining the used car buying process to our future customers. First, we are extremely sorry the wait to get into the finance management office was too long. We keep 5 finance managers staffed, but sometimes get backed up during busy days. We do not want this to be your view of the dealership as a whole, and hope it is an outlier. Typically, the finance manager picks the lowest APR option on lenders, so we do not normally offer a variety of lenders - We offer the one that gives the customer the lowest payment and most advantageous APR. Please come in to see us at the Sales area, and we would be glad to offer you a free light detail to help make up as much as possible for the problem. We want to retain you as a service and sales customer, along with helping your friends. This is not the normal experience. We will work diligently to be sure this does not happen again.
