Never coming back I’ve had Seth help me on two separate occasions now. Both times he’s tried to tell me things are wrong with my 3 year old car that are not. This last I’ve had Seth help me on two separate occasions now. Both times he’s tried to tell me things are wrong with my 3 year old car that are not. This last time he told me I need new tires. No, I do not, the tires are less than a year old. He found some corrosion on my battery and tried to tell me I need a new battery. I didn’t want to get a new battery and they said they weren’t sure if my car would start. The first time he helped me he tried to tell me the threads on my drain plug were stripped and it would be a $500 repair. Some how they miraculously were able to attach the drain plug that day but next time I’d probably need to get the new oil pan. Well, my next oil change was yesterday and he didn’t mention one thing about any problems with the threads or anything else having to do with my oil pan. If Seth is going to keep telling lies to people to be able to charge them more, he should at least keep track of the lies he tells each customer so he can be consistent. I am extremely dissatisfied with this Toyota service center and will never be back. I will advise anyone that asks me not to go there either. More

Knowledgeable, friendly, flexible I appreciate an articulate salesperson who knows the features of the vehicle. I also appreciate a sales manager who is willing and able to make a rea I appreciate an articulate salesperson who knows the features of the vehicle. I also appreciate a sales manager who is willing and able to make a reasonable deal on a vehicle and an F&I manager who can offer financing, warranty, and enhancement products (all of which I personally chose to decline). After some quality haggling, we were offered what I believe to be the best cash price around for the vehicle with no pressure to make a decision immediately, even though it was near the end of month/end of quarter. Yes, I checked other Toyota and other brands locally in NWA. More
