Poor customer focus I have went in this past month due to two issues that are covered under warranty. The first time the rep gave me some line about a situation where my I have went in this past month due to two issues that are covered under warranty. The first time the rep gave me some line about a situation where my warranty would not cover the issue even though the scenario he gave was completely improbable. It was apparently he had been trained to find ways to look for coverage issues. My issue was eventually covered by warranty as it should have been. The second issue I left my car there to be fixed. They didn't have the part but it was supposed to come in the next day. I asked for a car in the mean time to avoid the hassle of having to travel there so often and because my door handle was what they were fixing and I had to hang out of my window each time I need to exit my vehicle. I was told no. When I arrived to pick up my car I had to wait in an incredibly slow line for one cashier even though I didn't owe anything and they had not done anything as the part was not there. Very frustrating service department. More

A much more pleasant experience I had a pleasant experience buying a new Ptrus at Landers. I was offered a fair deal for the car I traded and the final price of the New Ptius seeme I had a pleasant experience buying a new Ptrus at Landers. I was offered a fair deal for the car I traded and the final price of the New Ptius seemed appropriate. The salesman was polite and helpful and I ended up buying a car when I wasn't planning on doing so. I guess you would have to say your sales people are professionals who know how to negotiate a deal. I came in for service and ended up buying a car. I don'the remember the finance person I dealt as I paid cash, but I did purchase the extended warranty as I plan to drive this car more than 100,000 mile More

90,000. Mile Service I gave the rating excellent because of the service i was provided. I came in to get the 90,000. Mile inspection and service and even tho i scheduled i I gave the rating excellent because of the service i was provided. I came in to get the 90,000. Mile inspection and service and even tho i scheduled in advance my appointment, it took them nearly 3 hrs to get me fixed up. They were short staffed and one of the technicians had lost a family member and had to leave. Very understandable. The gentlemen that helped me explained the situation and why it took so long and didn't charge me for the service they provided. I tried to pay anyway but he would not take my money. I told him that i understood and that sometimes we just have days like that and unfortunately someone had lost a family member. I appreciate what he did for me. He did not have to do that but he did. I will continue to use Landers for all my car services. Thanks guys. More
