1) I told there would be a 45 min to 1 hour wait. I ended up waiting almost an hour and a half for an oil change only. 2) I have a 2021 4Runner with only 27,000 miles on it. I was told the rear brak I ended up waiting almost an hour and a half for an oil change only. 2) I have a 2021 4Runner with only 27,000 miles on it. I was told the rear brakes were worn and would need to be replaced soon. This is uncommon with this mileage, and for the rear brakes to wear before the front brakes. I would assume that this is a warranty issue, and the service advisor should’ve pursued it, instead of advising me that my brakes needed to be fixed. More
