It is sad to say that after 15 years & 8 vehicles purchased from Larry H. Miller Avondale and Surprise- I will not return with my business if they do not make this right. I purchased my 8th vehicle i purchased from Larry H. Miller Avondale and Surprise- I will not return with my business if they do not make this right. I purchased my 8th vehicle in Sept. 2021, a 2022 - 2500 RAM truck with 41 miles on it-BRAND NEW. We paid $86,000.00+ for this truck and it is a LEMON. As per the AZ LEMON Law- this truck qualifies. Marshall Clark, the area/general manager was very dismissive, dis-respectful, un-caring to the time consuming RUN AROUND I have dealt with for a year. He should be FIRED FOR THE RUDE manner in which HE conducts business. I spoke to him in Sept 2022 about my issue, which he directed me to RAM Care/ manufactures. I spent 6 weeks with calls and run around from RAM Care, to be told the dealerships have a 'backdoor' email they can use to address these situations. When I called Marshall 4x's and a visit to the dealership, he FINALLY returned my call. But was clearing too busy to listen to the issues. When I asked him to please stop trying to dismiss me, I have a serious ELECTRICAL issue with my truck, he calmly said 'I will no longer deal with you' and hung up. WOW. I have received great customer service from the sale team, the service department and the service manager, to have the AREA/GENERAL MANAGER treat me like this. I tired to be reasonable and address my concerns with this truck in a professional manner. Marshall Clark, has forced me to retain an attorney. I will now demand the full cost of the truck, my attorney fees and punitive damages for my time and frustration. I pray that Asbury Corporation and David Holt takes this from Marshall Clark's paycheck. Mr. Clark needs additional training and should be demoted from his role as the leadership of this local dealership group. This is a sad example of leadership. More
I would give 0 stars if I could! ! The service department is terrible!! We have never had our vehicles done when promised and we are glad to have a new dealership to go to now. I do ! We had some issues at first but as soon as the general manager found out he committed to address the the shortcomings. Don’t trust service. They will lie and say work was done and they didn’t do anything. The salesmen will sell you used cars that are not safe to drive. Day and night if I had a question he would reply back and answer any questions I had. This is my second time purchasing a car with Larry H Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Surprise and it won’t be the last time. I have never bought a car and had the sales guy check in after . With Sean he has reached out checking in with how things are with the car . He definitely goes above and beyond . Totally disappointed! Made a service "Appointment" on Thursday for the following Tuesday, they couldn't "get me in" Until then.
