Christian was friendly and easy to work with. However I did not receive any responses on the text line when I inquired about the status of my vehicle a few times. Communication is horrible between customer and dealership and within the dealership. Trying to get anyone to answer to get an update was horrible. Had to use Larry miller for my warranty. Dropped off truck with info that I knew what was wrong with front end. Needed tie rods, etc. they couldn’t figure it out. So they called Chev for help because for some reason a dodge mechanic isn’t cross trained on a gmc truck. Took 3 weeks no calls. Each time I called they said something else needed repair and they got wrong part. 3 weeks later I called to talk to mgr and the mgr got back to me. Car was finally fixed 1 day later. But only because I had to call and complain. I think their mechanic broke the steering gear box because if they didn’t remove originally then they would break it. Took too long for the repairs needed. The mgr waived my $100 def but not happy with time frame and lack of communication to get it done. Communication with price service guy was poor, he also said things and I felt I was being lied to. More

Several months ago I had an oil change at this dealer. Because of shoddy customer service they apologized and threw in a free oil change. Went to get the free oil change this week. I was told the car would be ready in 90 minutes and he would throw in a free tire rotation. Again, shoddy customer service. Five hours later, their online tracker indicated car still was not ready. Called and left message but no response. I got a ride to the dealership and the car was done. The service tech said he called me but it went to voicemail. I had no call from him, no voicemail and I asked him to show me on his phone that he actually did call. He couldn’t do it. So, now to settle up. The oil change was takes care of. But, the free tire rotation was going to cost me $78 because they included a wheel balance. This is a possible scam…. Tell you they’ll throw in a tire rotation and then stick you with the wheel balance charge. This is my 3rd Ram 1500 in 11 years. But, I will not buy another Ram because of this dealership. More
