I dont know if the sales floor was Jake's job but if it wasn't he did it well. My dad talked to him on the phone before we got down there and he showed us the inventory that Larry Miller Hyundai had which wasn't he did it well. My dad talked to him on the phone before we got down there and he showed us the inventory that Larry Miller Hyundai had which was Slim he found us a car we were interested in but of course the price was needed reduced and he managed to work with his people and pull it off. Then came the fact that my dad wanted to pay for this car with his credit card and the higher power said no absolutely not Jake worked with them they still said no then they came up a little bit on the amount that they would put on the credit card but my dad wanted to put the full amount on there and they wouldn't do it so my dad walked sale over with I felt for Jake. My dad bought three cars previously from Larry Miller Hyundai and he used his credit card on every one of them so by Jake's boss saying only 10000 on the credit card Max that wasn't enough for my dad so we left. Then they called us back and said that his boss went ahead and went up to 15,000 for the credit card which told my dad that they do have the authority to put as much as they want on the credit card and he figured my Dad figured that since they met him halfway we go the other half way in and we made the deal and Jake worked hard on that deal and he did a good job. Jake stayed patient never blaming the problems that they were having on my dad the customer unlike like his boss he kept a level head and stayed in it and it ended up working out for all of us. And he did it all walking around with a stiff neck he couldn't even turn his neck he had to turn his whole body and he was walking around like he was in a cast. My dad will be coming back down to Larry Miller Hyundai come December for the purchase of car number five. We're going to ask for Jake and hopefully they will let my dad use his credit card for the purchase. You would think after four previous purchases that there would be some trust there. More
My service was done in a very timely manner. If the price was consistent with other service entities I would bring my car back more often. Being on a fixed income I need to watch my expenses closely. Brandon and Seger were both extremely nice and helpful! They answered all of my questions and even drove the cars I wanted to test drive right up to the front so that I didn't have to walk in the heat. Jeff Alves did a great job of trying to rectify the issues we had with Renee. I would highly recommend the dealership. If you get Renee in Finance, tell them you'll wait for someone else to be available!! More
I wish I could put them at a 3.5. The reason why I say 3 is because of my mental experience in the dealership. The day I walked in I made sure I walked out with a car but it was very stressful on the amount is because of my mental experience in the dealership. I am grateful I now have my vehicle I just feel like they need more organization because no one should have go through mentally being drained. Granted Jordan M, Addison, and Jeff helped me out as much as possible, but Renee is the reason fort his 3 star rating. More
