came in for final 25k toyotacare service supposed to include tire rotation as indicated on service writeup. had appointment for 11:30 am with Brandon. while waiting walking around new vehicl supposed to include tire rotation as indicated on service writeup. had appointment for 11:30 am with Brandon. while waiting walking around new vehicles was approached by sales person" I understand this is to be expected" killed almost 2 hours with sales person. Brandon approached me about corrosion on my battery terminals, $20.00,, ah, ok I said no problem do it. when my truck was delivered back to me I noticed my left front wheel which has a prominent scratch had not moved from it's position. Ah maybe I was wrong, maybe that wheel was on the rear? So I checked my TPMS which I checked as I pulled in and noticed my left rear was 5 PSI under all the rest. Nothing had changed!! furthermore and somewhat beside the point of this review. The service writeup indicated all tires had been checked and inflated to 35 psi, I like my oversized off road tires inflated a little on the high side for highway economy the tire inflation had NOT CHANGED. so,, what does toyotacare really mean?? reel em in upsell "corrosion treatment for battery cables" try to shove em into a new vehicle deal with "84" MONTH FINANCING.........WHILE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE IS DONE TO THE VEHICLE!!!! Between my self and my wife we have purchased no less than 5 new toyota vehicles in the past 4 years the 3 tacomas retained so much value I was able to consistently trade up every couple years. So, it's a little early to trade my current Tacoma but rest assured I will trade up. Larry miller Toyota will never know about it More

Preys on the elderly does unnecessary repairs My 72 year old mother went there for free recall work on the airbag they put here car on the rack inspected her brakes and charged her over $500 for p My 72 year old mother went there for free recall work on the airbag they put here car on the rack inspected her brakes and charged her over $500 for pads and rotor work on a car with under 61k original miles she was there 4 hours missed her doctor appointment. Thought she would be there for an hour or so.. they just couldn't do the free recall airbag work. We spent all day at the dealership and we're not the easiest customers. However with the way Tim treated us...you would have thought we had been lifelong friends. purchase a 2017 Prius We met 4 individuals during our experience at Larry Miller. Shannon Secord was the major contact from sales with Rob Bradshaw in the background. Shannon was personable and willing to answer all questions. One error we made was not driving the vehicle before filling out the paper work. Our 2010 Prius trade-in had the Sirius-Xm connection built into the audio system. We love that service, however the 2017 vehicle did not have that package, thus we would have held off until we would find a vehicle with it. Shannon didn't know if the vehicle had that package or not, however in calling the service dept. the next day ,he said our Prius 2 did not have the package. The truly impressive employee was Mariano in Finances. Truly professional and on his game and a joy to talk with. I would rate both these individuals at 10 or better. The only downer was our error in not being sure the Sirius Xm package was in place, which we might have noticed if we had driven the vehicle and checked the audio package. The vehicle is a dream to drive, and it will take awhile to figure out all the computer technology, and we have every kind of insurance and maintenance agreement possible, thus we look forward to several years of minimal cost on this vehicle. More
