Service department is very unprofessional. Each visit something forgotten. Last visit, forgot to reinstall my new valve caps on tires, couldn’t find them, they were metal caps that I purchased Each visit something forgotten. Last visit, forgot to reinstall my new valve caps on tires, couldn’t find them, they were metal caps that I purchased. Twice now, including today, they didn’t replace my wheel lock key, both times I had to return to the dealer to search for missing key??? Used to run my truck through the auto wash, don’t do that anymore? You need to evaluate your service department??? Other dealers have you way beat when it comes to how you treat customers! More
