Easy and efficient Took my Rav 4 in for routine maintenance aka oil change as it is included when I bought the car. My car has low miles, under 15k for 2 years. I was a little confused when I was told the oil filter didn't need to be changed. But assume they know best. However, it makes a person wonder if the oil was actually changed. My thought is for the small cost of a filter why not just change it rather than causing doubts in a customer's mind. More
