Robert Schilling - above and beyond! We had a choice of buying our Tundra at any dealership in Arizona. After looking on Internet and finding what we wanted, sneaking a peek at the curb, We had a choice of buying our Tundra at any dealership in Arizona. After looking on Internet and finding what we wanted, sneaking a peek at the curb, not having enough time in the day to run all over, we put our phone number out there. We had phone calls from everywhere! But one Salesperson stood out! He actually listened to what we were looking for! He didn't waste our time trying to sell us whatever he wanted to sell that day. After a few phone calls, he even negotiated a trade in for our truck, called and said he had exact Tundra we wanted with all the little extras we wanted. We drove 2 1/2 hours, and low and behold it was exactly right! Robert Schilling you are a SUPERSTAR! I even checked other brands. When I decided on the Tacoma I found the one I wanted on the internet and ask for a quote. They promptly got back to me with a call, a great price and a appointment. I went into the dealership and worked Rob Bradshaw in internet sales. Rob was great, I told him what I want for my trade he got it, he show me ten different trucks, he got me the price quoted over the phone in fact a little less. Rob was so lay back and honest ,he told me what he could do and never pressured me. In fact he work with the sale manager on my behave to get what I wanted He the took me to finance an I worked with Rene , he got me a rate that was cheaper than my credit union and I have been a member for 45 years.
